Katy Perry returned to her usual kooky style after a red carpet run of sophisticated elegant looks. Katy looked playful in a Betsey Johnson spring 2011 dress. Although I don't like the dress it's refreshing to see that she's always giving us a new look when she makes an appearance. On a positive note I love the shoes.
