I was really disappointed by Lucy Hale's look at the awards show. The pretty little liars actress wore a Ronald Abdala fall 2010 dress. I really didn't like the mustard color of the dress, and the fabric looks really cheap and those shoes really don't help her case. I hope she redeems herself in her next appearance.
