Katy Perry looked stunning yesterday as she promoted her new fragrance Purr in Cologne, Germany. She wore a violet bandage dress from Herve Leger with a crisscross detail, and paired it with Brian Atwood "Maniac" pumps in silver. I love how the dress is elegant and sassy at the same time it hugs her curves at all the right places and it also perfectly compliments her playful personality. Gorgeous.
